Returns and Refunds
Online Returns Policy
If you are not completely in love with your Wilderness Voyageurs Online purchase we will offer a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for the shipping fees associated to return your item.
All returned products must be in new condition with manufacturer tags, manuals, documentation, parts and accessories. We cannot accept a return for anything that has been taken out on the water/trail/camping or used outside.
Some items fall in the final sale category or have additional restrictions. More information about these products are listed below. Please call or contact us at WVStore@wilderness-voyageurs.com with any questions, or any special circumstances.
Wilderness Voyageurs Online will not accept returns for the following:
- Footwear without the original retail packaging (e.g. shoe box, sandal/slipper hanger)
- Customized items, including but not limited to: sprayskirts, custom kayak or raft colors, cut-to-length paddles or special orders.
- Closeout Products. All closeout sales are final.
- Purchases made at Wilderness Voyageurs Garrett Street in Ohiopyle, Pennsylvania.
How To Return Your Item
Pack up your item in the appropriately sized box. Please ensure your item is dry and unused. Wilderness Voyageurs Online will not accept used items as returns.
Write your Return Authorization (RA) number clearly on the outside of the back. Your RA number is your 5 digit order number. Please email WVStore@wildernss-voyageurs.com if you are unsure what your RA number is.

Please make sure to keep your tracking number when you send your return to confirm your package is delivered to our warehouse. We are not responsible and will not accept a return for products that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
We will process your return within 7* days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do not refund shipping/handling charges.
*During peak seasons please allow up to 10 days for your return to process.
Online Exchange Policy
Wilderness Voyageurs Online does not offer direct exchanges. Please follow our return guidelines and re-order your replacement item.
